Easy 5-Step Skincare Routine

We moms may sometime not overthink about our skin, but the reality is we should. The skin is our body’s largest organ, and it protects our bodies from harmful elements.

Our skin will eventually lose its elasticity, develop wrinkles, discoloration, and sagging. Not to mention the daily stressors we encounter every day by keeping our family and home looking best contributes a lot of factors in making our skin looking bad.

That is why one of my resolution this year was to maintain a good skincare routine so my skin will do a better and longer job even if I’m older and encounter a lot of stress.

Check out my current skincare routine and the products that I use, so I always have my best face forward:

I start my routine by removing all the dirt and impurities I have for the day. I use Whip Premium Face Washing Foam.

It is soft, light, and gently removes impurities in the depths of my pores. It also gives my skin moisture and prevents it from drying.
Next, I use Moringa O2 Herbal Facial Toner.

I moisten a cotton ball and apply it gently to my skin. This product helps close my pores and tightens my skin after cleansing. It also reduces the penetration of dirt and other impurities, leaving my skin revitalized.
After applying toner, I then massage a few drops of Moringa O2 Therapy Oil.

This product deeply cleanses my face. It also protects, smoothens, boosts radiance, and minimizes wrinkles. It also helps reduce pimples, acne, blackheads, whiteheads, and minimizes pores.
I also use a sheet mask at least once or twice a week.

There are several types of sheet masks for every skin problem: revitalize, detoxify, brightens, moisturizes, anti-aging, and many more! What I use depends on how my skin suffered throughout the week. My favorite brands are BioRepublic, LabForYou, SkinFood, and Innisfree.
Of course, don’t forget the rest of your skin! Your neck, elbows, hands, knees, and heels are equally as important as your face!

I use Holika Holika Aloe 99% Soothing Gel for other parts of my body for a clearer and healthier complexion. This product is non-stick and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin a natural glow.

I love putting it inside the ref before applying for an extra cooling and soothing sensation. If I am feeling fancy, I add it to my Johnson’s Baby CottonTouch Lotion for added moisture.

That’s it! Beautiful and healthy skin is a lifelong process. If you want to keep a gorgeous skin after 40 years, find and start the skincare routine that works for you now!Stay gorgeous, momma ❤.
